Movement and Meditation for Deep Relaxation, Wellbeing and Joy

Yuan Qigong, is a practice of beautiful moving and still meditations, using the body, mind, breath and Qi (energy). Its foundations rest in Chinese tradition, but western scientific and psychological findings are incorporated, making it a comprehensive discipline. 

Practicing Yuan Qigong helps us to deeply relax, to increase mental clarity, it improves internal strength and stability, and helps us understand the patterns of thought that inadvertently support negative emotions and illness.

We are a group of local practicioners and trained Yuan Qigong teachers offering classes, events and workshops, in Dunedin and the surrounding areas.
