Workshop Overview
In this fun and interactive workshop, we’ll explore Ling Yuan, the 8th method of Yuan Qigong. You’ll learn how to identify and change unhealthy patterns—bringing more clarity, possibility, and brightness into your life.

About the Method
Unhealthy patterns are often the root cause of the problems we experience—whether in health, relationships, or society. Without addressing these deeply embedded patterns, lasting change can be hard to achieve.
Think of it like driving a car: once you’ve learned how, the movements become automatic. Similarly, many of our responses to life are unconscious and habitual.
Ling Yuan offers a unique approach—engaging the heart to connect with the True Self. Through guided questions and reflection, this method helps us understand, face, and transform the patterns that are no longer serving us.
